This link is an example of West Genesee’s school newsletter that gets sent home to parents letting them know the latest policies, important dates such as Junior Prom, Senior Ball or graduation and includes a message from the principal, fine arts news, guidance news and even library news. This newsletter is important because it shows the school district is trying to communicate with their students and parents. Furthermore, newsletters like this help foster a positive attitude and create community involvement.
The next link is a Senior bulletin that West Genesee puts up on their website to congratulate and applaud outstanding seniors for their achievement and accomplishments. This type of bulletin is an excellent idea for promoting school and community involvement because it shows that the school district cares about their students.
